Team Overview
Our Sales team serves the critical role of getting our products into the hands of our customers. This talented team works hard to build and maintain relationships with our clients, as well as looks for new business opportunities to expand our reach.
Responsibilities:As an Account Representative, International Sales, you will be part of a dynamic sales organization responsible for growing our business in Brazil and Portugal, and across the LATAM region at PowerSchool. Included in this responsibility is selling our solutions to international schools, governments, and organizations in the assigned territory. The Account Representative, International Sales role is to achieve company-designated sales targets, and as part of that prospect, qualify and build relationships with new customers, and retain and extend relationships with our existing client base in their assigned territory. The Account Representative, International Sales must be proficient in qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, presenting, and explaining the benefits of PowerSchool solutions, building strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and closing sales. The Account Representative, International Sales will mainly use online product demonstration tools.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $65,800 - $85,700 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
