About this role

As the Sr. Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting the direction and ensuring the success of our client projects and overall client relationships. You will lead a team consisting of an Ad Creative Strategist, a Funnel Strategist, Media Buyers, and a Project Manager, as well as work with other strategists like website strategists and SEO specialists. Your expertise will guide the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns that meet and exceed our client's goals.

You are also the north star of the team, driving things forward, leading client communication, and setting priorities for your internal team to execute objectives while maximizing profits for the agency.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Strategic Leadership: 

    • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, advising clients on the best services to optimize their marketing budget for maximum return. Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth for both clients and the agency while staying ahead with ideas that align with market trends and customer needs. Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring successful execution within the team.

  • Team Leadership: 

    • Lead the team to prioritize initiatives that drive client success and agency profitability while ensuring alignment with client objectives. Foster a collaborative environment, hold team members accountable, and facilitate clear communication for seamless strategy execution. Oversee documentation and provide ongoing feedback, including participation in annual performance reviews for team members.

  • Campaign Management: 

    • Manage all aspects of client campaigns, including KPIs, daily spending, and overall performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results. Set monthly budgets and monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with client expectations and compliance standards. Advocate for strategic changes when necessary to improve performance. 

  • Client Relationship Management: 

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and updates while building strong, lasting relationships. Ensure clients feel valued, with proactive communication and consistent updates on ongoing work to meet their marketing objectives. Effectively manage client expectations, handling objections, and communicating ideas clearly.

  • Sales

    • Drive sales growth by upselling clients on relevant services and maintaining oversight of invoicing processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Support business development efforts by understanding new prospects' needs, developing strategies, and assisting with proposals and contracts. Stay informed on Strikepoint’s offerings and pricing models to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

  • Marketing Skills: 

    • Leverage a deep understanding of the client’s product and customer journey to shape campaign strategies. Stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies, ensuring innovative solutions are incorporated into strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure that campaign strategies are communicated clearly across the team, with a strong visual representation of the customer journey.

  • Performance Analysis:

    • Regularly assess campaign performance against KPIs, challenging existing strategies to recommend improvements when necessary. Set monthly and annual goals to track team and account growth, ensuring continuous progress toward meeting client objectives and internal targets.
