Their mission is to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through a state-of-the-art digital suite, including CRM, EMR, mobile applications, and a robust data platform.

About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Testing Lead to spearhead the validation and quality assurance efforts for our client's digital initiatives. You will collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders and IT teams to ensure the seamless functionality and reliability of critical healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform components.
Hands-On Testing: Oversee functional, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, healthcare data security).
Quality Assurance: Drive quality assurance processes, including test automation, defect management, and issue resolution.
Collaboration: Engage with technical and clinical stakeholders to align testing with operational workflows and requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on testing progress, highlighting risks and recommendations.

Requirements

5+ years in software testing or QA, ideally within healthcare or enterprise IT environments.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, TestRail, JIRA, Postman, or SoapUI.
Hands-on experience with enterprise systems testing, integrations, and data migrations.
Familiarity with healthcare digital systems like EMR and CRM, and relevant regulatory standards (GDPR, healthcare data security).

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Experience testing mobile applications (iOS, Android).
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Healthcare API).
