Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (SMS Focus)
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD + commission

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through SMS and written communication. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can engage prospects effectively, handle objections with professionalism, and ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound SMS campaigns to engage potential leads in the real estate industry.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and document detailed notes in the CRM.
Maintain consistent follow-ups via text to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Build rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy, especially regarding foreclosure situations.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Strong written English communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or SMS-based outreach (real estate experience is a bonus).
Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
