Team Lead Account Executive (f/m/d)
Job Description

Every successful sales process has to end with a signed contract. If you enjoy closing, developing client relationships, building trust and you believe in consultative selling, let’s see if you are our new Team Lead for a team of Account Executives.

  • coaching and mentoring your sales team
  • shadowing your team and helping them develop their skills
  • taking responsibility for 1:1 meetings and weekly team meetings
  • rolling up your sleeves and joining your team on key deals
  • doing pipeline scrubs & forecasting with your direct reports
  • shaping and executing go to market strategies
  • proactively improving the sales strategy, initiating appropriate developments and implementing necessary measures to reach targets
  • highlighting pain points & inefficiencies to sales operations
  • reporting and performance tracking of all sales activities, including defining, monitoring, and improving relevant KPIs and OKRs. 
  • data-driven decision making and working with Salesforce
  • ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
