Job Title: Property Management Assistant
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a property management company that provides high-quality rental property services. The team values detail-oriented professionals who can assist with day-to-day operations, including invoice management, maintenance coordination, and document handling.

Position Overview:

The Property Management Assistant will provide crucial operational support to the team by handling administrative and property management tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience in invoice processing, vendor coordination, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and processing invoices in Propertyware as they come in from vendors.
  • Assisting with junior maintenance coordination, including vendor and tenant follow-ups.
  • Setting up new properties in Propertyware upon contract approval.
  • Processing 30-day notices submitted by tenants.
  • Sending HOA violation notices and community updates to tenants.
  • Uploading and organizing important documents in Propertyware (e.g., cleaning receipts, pre-move-out forms).
  • Processing rent increases and management fee adjustments in Propertyware.
  • Uploading and maintaining final signed lease documents
  • Publishing city utility bills in Propertyware and following up on tenant payments.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to processes.
  • Experience handling invoices, vendor coordination, or document management.
  • Excellent communication skills for tenant and vendor interactions.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using Propertyware for property management tasks.
  • Familiarity with CAR Forms (Zip Forms) for contracts.
