Nationwide IT Services, NIS, is seeking a Computer Software Integration Analyst to provide lifecycle support to DLA’s Employee Activity Guide for Labor Entry (EAGLE) DBS acquisition, development, sustainment, maintenance, and technical support.
The Computer Software Integration Analyst will be responsible for:
Implement authorized fixes by established timelines.
Design, code, test, and integrate requirements into EAGLE and supporting programs.
Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps as the source code versioning repository, supporting the following EAGLE functions: Employee Management, Code Management, user-entered payroll codes and hours, leave management, Telework Management, and timekeeping certification.
Provide expertise for specific activities related to software development and maintenance, data administration, configuration management, process improvement, IA, documentation, and IT support infrastructure.
Analyze operational problems, develop solutions, and take corrective action as appropriate to ensure continued system operation. Assist with problem identification and resolution by analyzing system processes, interrelationships interfaces, and data.
Complete work orders & resolve application incidents within the acceptable timeframe identified by the Government.
Follow the change control process identified by the Government.
Deliver documentation, develop, update, and maintain Functional Requirements documentation meeting Government specifications including traceability.
Adhere to all required applicable government policies, regulations, and supporting guidance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledgeable in implementing computer systems in a phased approach of requirements analysis and conceptual design, site survey, system design review, critical design review, installation, integration, and testing.
Knowledgeable in performing requirements analysis for a wide range of users in the areas of office automation. Must be able to present system designs for user approval at formal reviews.
Capable of performing configuration management, integrating software, interpreting software test results, and recommending solutions for unsatisfactory test results.
Knowledgeable in life-cycle support, including maintenance, administration, and management. Must be able to provide solutions to identify software problem reports.
