Job Description


The Revenue Operations Specialist is a versatile and dynamic position within the Revenue Operations organization, where the ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, engaging in various tasks across different functions. One day, you might be collaborating with marketing operations, the next day diving into sales operations, and another day focusing on data management and analysis. This role will report into the Director of Revenue Operations.

A successful candidate will have a strong, broad-based business acumen coupled with the ability to optimize our commercial processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed cross-functional projects that impact a company’s commercial success with amplified agility.  


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement revenue operations processes in collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align all operations towards revenue generation.
  • Lead change management efforts from start to finish and ensure successful adoption of new revenue operations processes and systems.
  • Manage, monitor, and measure commercial processes to identify areas to improve.
  • Administer and optimize tools and systems used for revenue operations, including sales engagement platforms.
  • Ensure data hygiene by cleaning and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across all systems.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the revenue operations team by staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure adherence to revenue operations processes.


Minimum Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations
  • Strong understanding of revenue strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in go-to-market tech stack (Outreach, Qualified, Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.) 
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Location: Candidates in the Atlanta metro area are preferred. Remote applicants within the US will be considered.
