  • Client Meetings: Scheduling and attending meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand client needs and present recruitment services.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Pipeline Management: Tracking and managing leads, opportunities, and client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Collaborating with Recruitment Teams: Working closely with recruiters to align business development efforts with recruitment capacity and specialties.
  • Monitoring Performance Metrics: Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue targets, calls made, and deals closed.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to expand services with existing clients.
