  • Orchestrate domestic and international flight bookings for our globe-trotting construction teams, mastering the art of finding routes to even the most secluded Canadian territories

  • Juggle multiple travel itineraries with the finesse of a seasoned air traffic controller, keeping our projects running like clockwork
  • Wield a high-limit company credit card with wisdom and precision, balancing cost-effectiveness with traveler comfort in every booking decision
  • Transform raw travel data into comprehensive, easy-to-understand documents using cutting-edge spreadsheets and travel management software
  • Become the vital link between our construction teams and travel plans, translating complex project needs into seamless logistics

Requirements
  • A proven track record as a travel coordination virtuoso or a seasoned executive/personal assistant, with a knack for taming even the wildest of itineraries a must
  • Logistics or transportation experience a plus
  • Stellar English communication skills that can bridge gaps and build understanding, whether in writing or verbal gymnastics
  • Tech-savvy prowess with spreadsheets and travel management software, turning data into travel magic
  • Stamina for full-time dedication (40 hours per week) with the flexibility to be the on-call hero when duty calls

Requirements




  1. Knowledge in Excel – we track manpower and cost in Excel
  2. Basic Knowledge in Adobe Editor or trainable
  3. Basic Accounting background or trainable as we have a system she will access – we will provide access to a virtual network (this must be installed in the agent’s machine by the agent or with your company's assistance), a mobile phone is needed for the 2-factor authentication – free app in android or apple
    1. Since this position does not book flights all the time, part of the responsibility will be posting expenses
    2. Nature of Expenses are repetitive thus easy to follow
    3. Organize in handling soft copies of receipts/invoices so that anyone can access them when needed
