General Description: The Senior Analyst, Commercial FP&A will support BeiGene, Ltd.’s North America businesses, covering Commercial and Medical Affairs, as well as Global Commercial Strategy & Operations (GCSO). The role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis for the business, including the annual operating plan and budget processes, long range planning, financial close, monthly reporting, and forecasting. This individual will collaborate with the broader Finance organization to ensure effective delivery on commitments for accounting, controls, and financial reporting.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of business operations, drivers, and strategies. This role will be a hands-on and valued partner that provides analytical and strategic support and works closely with the business and finance team to support high quality decision making while adhering to budget guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Key personal competencies for success include the ability to understand both strategic and operational issues, a strong technological aptitude, the ability to handle multiple competing priorities, outstanding collaboration and communication skills, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
