Reporting to Senior Manager, Market Development , t he incumbent will be responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy of the Conferencing Market in the Greater Bay Area of Southern China. This role will target both the MNC, Enterprise/Corporate and Private Sectors in Southern China, offering a great chance to expand our market presence. This also includes developing key customer relationships with Systems Integrators / corporate customers, identifying customer trends, and contributing to the product roadmap through customer feedback.
Responsibilities
Develops the conference and UC market. Drives the business in the Greater Bay Area, focusing on the MNC, Enterprise/Corporate and Private Sectors.
Maintains the relationship with the major conference customers. Manages the relationship with major conferencing consultants.
Effectively and enthusiastically promotes Shure’s value proposition in the Integrated Systems / Conferencing market, industry leaders and stakeholders.
Deeply involves in marketing activities with stakeholders in Corporate Marketing. Arranges conferences, seminars, clinics, and other special events.
Deeply coordinates with Application Team. Schedules, coordinates, and conducts training sessions to educate Distribution Centers, system integrators, consultants and channels on product benefits and sales techniques. Coordinates technical trainings and commissioning to End-user after completion of projects.
Provides support to Distributors, System Integrators, Consultants on project bidding.
Provides inputs to the Product Marketing / Sales team on the Company's product lines, competitive activity, both from a product and the market development standpoint.
Monitors and reports on market/competitor activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Working experience in MNC.
At least 10 years of Market Development / Business Development Experience in Conferencing/UC market with hands-on experience in closing sales of value-based solutions to the key account end users, such as but not limited to the customers in MNC, Enterprise/Corporate, FSI, Gov, the private sectors.
Strong product knowledgebase in ITAV and conference.
Strong learning capability.
Planning and implementing business strategy (includes but not limited to: Sales/Channel/Marketing/Solution) with solid business acumen and good track of the records
Ability to develop strong customer relationships.
Ability to develop strong channel eco systems.
Advanced presentation skills.
Proactive, result-oriented working style.
Respect others with strong concept of teamwork.
Good on speaking and writing in English and Mandarin.
About 30% of travel annually.
