The Solutions Engineer for Advanced Growth Technologies will focus on supporting Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure and Data Center Solutions. This role involves designing and developing advanced technology solutions for our clients. The position requires foundational knowledge of AI infrastructure and integrated data center solutions and an understanding of servers, storage, networking, and power and cooling systems. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Solution Design Support: Assist senior architects and stakeholders in designing solutions for AI infrastructure and data center environments, ensuring solutions align with business needs and best practices.
Technical Support: Provide foundational technical guidance and support on architecture and integration of solutions .
Documentation: Collaborate in creating Statements of Work (SOW) and Bills of Materials (BOM) for designed solutions under guidance.
Customer Engagement: Support sales teams in profiling and prospecting suitable accounts and opportunities, presenting basic solutions and value propositions to clients.
Mentorship and Learning: Engage in self-study and learn from senior engineers to enhance technical skills and solution delivery capabilitie
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or support role.
Basic expertise in AI infrastructure, data center solutions, servers, storage, networking, and power and cooling.
Required Skills
Strong foundational problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in using tools such as Excel, Visio, and project management software.
Basic consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Certifications Required
CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, A+, Server+
Cisco CCNA, VMware VTSP
Pure Storage - FlashArray or FlashBlade Architect Professional
Dell DCS IE or DCS SA in Server and/or Storage Platforms
Nutanix NCP or other equivalent OEM certifications in servers, storage, or networking
NVIDIA CPAII, CPAIO, or other equivalent certifications.
Unique Requirements
Up to 25% travel required based on business needs and client engagements.
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $135,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
