About The Role
The Regional Director, Sales (RD) is a key Senior Field Sales Management position at The RealReal. As a Regional Director, Sales, you will lead field sales managers who are focused on driving the sales teams to acquire consigned items from our new and existing clients. You're passionate about coaching, leading and driving teams to exceed goals. Above all, you embody the TRR culture through collaboration, driving results, and building for the future.

What You Get To Do Every Day
- Drive regional sales team to meet/exceed daily & monthly KPIs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales goals
- Develop future talent and build bench for Group Managers and Regional Director leadership roles
- Leverage customer reporting in order to identify opportunities to increase client engagement and consignments
- Monitor and address customer feedback for team
- Work with cross-functional partners and sales partners to achieve company goals
- Provide accurate reporting to Sales Leadership on regional team strategy & goals
- Ensure the team is following protocol in processing, pricing, safety, consignor communication etc.
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance
- Cultivate a positive and high performance culture within the Region, hearing feedback and driving resolution, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership
- Experience managing and coaching Sales Managers
- Superb ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong strategic and tactical leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Efficiency and strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to travel 20%
Internal Requirements:
- Must be a current ARD in good standing; minimum 1 year in role
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience selling luxury goods and/or services
- Ability to use technological tools with ease G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
- Knowledge of region, local markets and clients

The expected salary range for this role is $140,000.00-$163,508.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
