About This Team

Corporate FP&A team is a team of high performers and trusted partners who leverage data to deliver strategic insights and empower decision making, solve problems, and mitigate risks. You will play a meaningful role in the global forecasting and planning process. These teammates produce timely, accurate reporting and customized financial analysis to support management decisions. Your work will directly impact the success of teams within Cloud Software Group, ensuring that they are delivering the financial performance to build our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Independently analyze actual, historical and forecast variance details to understand drivers and work is moderately supervised after the ramp up
  • Work with very large data sets for reporting and identify trends or issues and turn them into actionable recommendations. Continuously improve the quality and accessibility of our data.
  • Ability to address new analytical requests: understand the main question being asked, gather needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize, and present executive-level summarized results in a compelling manner
  • Provide support for one of G&A functions. Lead the spending management process (Procure to Pay), quarter-end closing, and quarterly headcount/expense/cash forecasts with the business leader and the team
  • Prepare executive presentations in Quarterly Forecast Decks, Quarterly Business Review and Annual Operating Plan
  • Work closely with FP&A team members, accounting and order processing teams to understand the impact of related processes on financial results

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in Finance with extensive hands-on experience with large data sets and modeling
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills for developing complex financial analyses and decision support models
  • Manage priorities through ambiguity and change to maintain data accuracy
  • Strong business partnering skillset by building relationships and trust to be influential
  • Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments
  • Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
  • Desire to figure out complex problems and constantly think about how to make processes more efficient
  • Communicate cross-functionally, translating quantitative results to corporate & functional FP&A teams and business partners.
  • Provide responses backed by data to executive questions.
  • PowerPoint skills and executive summaries for reporting and presentations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative field like Finance or a related degree

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges: $100,282-$150,422 CA generally ranges: $104,643-$156,965 All other locations fall under our General State range: $87,202-$130,802 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
