AI is the base of our product. Starting from ranking the potential customers down to generating personalized emails, keeping track of the whole communication process and giving very specific suggestions based on the most successful sales strategies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role gaining impactful insights by analyzing complex sales-datasets, developing machine learning models, and translating insights into actionable business strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and solve challenging problems using cutting-edge technologies.

The position is fully remote. 

Responsibilities:

• Create complex agentic AI systems using LLM, RAGs. Our focus is on the quality of such systems.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and pattern recognition.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production and optimize performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions.
• Build automatic ML pipelines from extracting data to serving and updating the models in production. 
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques preferably with focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and ML models development.
• Understanding of databases, especially SQL. 
• Good software development skills. Familiarity with Git, testing, REST apis.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, transformers etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience putting systems in production (Docker and/or cloud alternatives)
• Ability to work fully remote.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RAGs and agentic AI systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus (we work with AWS).
• Previous experience in industries such as sales & marketing analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of big data technologies is a plus.
