Our client is a SaaS company based in Australia and operates in the Computer Software industry. They specialize in creating financial viability assessments that assess a business’s financial position and corporate structure. The assessments are usually ordered as a form of due-diligence by a business prior to engaging with a third-party service provider. They cater to different industries such as Construction, Procurement, Project Management, Property Development, Risk Management and Software. The company uses powerful technology and best-in-class automation to give their customers deep insights into the financial health of their partners to evaluate whether they will continue to perform.

They are currently expanding their team of IT professionals and are now in search for a self-sufficient and self-motivated Mid-Senior level UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Design and optimize UI components, layouts, and user flows for web and mobile applications.

• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.

• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback to enhance user experience.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.

• Maintain and improve design systems and UI guidelines for consistency across products.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Experience working with data to create data visualisations and present data in meaningful ways

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design tools.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles.

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to balance creativity with usability and business goals.

Advantageous Skills:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
