Description

Summary: 

We are seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our team as an Audience Solutions Account Manager. He/She is responsible for developing and maintaining new and profitable revenue stream for Valpak.  Establishes and fosters working relationships with key decision makers while building on the strategic and execution strengths our products offer. Candidates should be tenacious and self-starters.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

· The ideal candidate has experience at a digital agency and deep understanding of the value of their first party data asset in the media ecosystem.

· Identify sales prospects and work with leadership on prospect strategy

· Passionate about digital media and media planning

· Create and deliver media insertion orders

· Define and execute account strategies with publishers, data companies, advertisers and agencies

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate, present, and close new business.

· Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required. 



Requirements

Education/Experience: 

Bachelor's Degree preferred; 1.5 to 2 years of professional experience in an advertising, public relations, or communications environment. Minimum 2 years of demonstrated knowledge of online media/advertising agency business required. Demonstrated history and success of contracting and developing client relationships at the senior (Decision Maker) level or Agency level. 


Requirements and Qualifications: 

· Excellent customer service skills 

· Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills 

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook 

· Extensive knowledge of online advertising, media, affiliate marketing and online and mobile commerce 

· Ability to manage priorities, multiple initiatives, and deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency 

· Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 

· Ability to work well independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

· Multi-tasking capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
