As a Clinical Supervisor at Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, PC you:

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Provide support to associates that hold a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week
  • Ensure notes; treatment plans; and dx; are documented and signed properly and promptly after each session
  • Facilitate clinical enrichment as needed to support clinicians 
  • Ensures associates are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing their clinical practice
  • Are open to supporting, assisting and supervising clinicians that see young children, parents, and families
  • Strive to find the joy and excitement in learning, and love that you get to collaborate with other curious minds that are passionate about various topics of expertise
  • Know when to consult with fellow supervisors when you do not have a clinical or legal answer
  • Provide resources, training, and coaching with the intention of these offerings being to help associates develop, grow, and achieve their professional and personal goals
  • Provide the training and support to help the clinician become the best child therapist they can be within our fiercely independent and collaborative community
  • Meet with associates for both group and individual clinical supervision weekly, attend company meetings, attend supervisor meetings, and attend Professional Development meetings.
  • Work fully remote!

As a Clinical Supervisor at Izzo, you would be starting off in a part-time hourly position with a pay rate between $20-400/hour based on the job responsibility. You would have the opportunity to move into a full-time salaried role within 3-6 months where you would receive benefits (after 90 days) and a salary of $70k/year for having six associates.

Job Requirements

  • Hold an current and active California LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license in good standing
  • Licensed in California or any other state for at least two (2) years out of the last five (5) years prior to the commencement of supervision
  • Practiced psychotherapy during at least two (2) years out of the last five (5) years prior to the commencement of supervision
  • Complete the supervisor training and continuing professional development required by law
  • Detailed knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical field
