Job description

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Account Executive to support our fast-growing Data division. This is a remote role, but candidates must be within MCA’s footprint.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Driving sales activities of Nokia technologies into Tier 1 and 2 Utility and Service Provider market.
  • Executing strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with building long-term customer loyalty. 
  • Leveraging market data and marketing resources to target and prospect customers to uncover needs and solutions, sell, and close deals.
  • Forecasting sales and developing “out of the box” sales strategies. 
  • Managing quota and funnel monthly for success to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Preparing complete, accurate, and timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:
  • 10+ years sales experience in Utility and/or Service Provider solution selling. 
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Existing relationships with clients and prospects. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter, results-driven individual who is not afraid of accountability. 
  • Familiarize self with competitors' products and sell against them. 
  • Possess ability to explain Critical Network Infrastructure features and benefits. 
  • Exceptional time management and ability to focus on what matters. 
  • Previous experience with CRM. 
  • Experienced in solving complex business challenges and driving successful negotiations.
  • Track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Experience with Nokia product portfolio preferred.
