Digital Marketing Specialist with Lead Generation

Role Overview:

As our Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

 Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract nursing students & professionals.

 Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, build automated funnels, and optimize sequences.

 Create & distribute high-value content (lead magnets, webinars, quizzes, etc.).

 Leverage social media & influencer collaborations to drive traffic & engagement.

 Build & grow our nursing community (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

 Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.

Requirements

 Skills & Qualifications:

 Marketing & Lead Generation Experience (2+ years preferred)

 Email Marketing & Automation Tools (ConvertKit, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)

 Social Media Growth & Community Engagement (FB Groups, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok)

 Content Creation (Lead magnets, blog posts, short-form video ideas) APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS

 Webinar & Event Promotion (experience running live or recorded events is a plus!)

 Funnel Strategy & Optimization (Creating opt-in pages, landing pages, and nurture sequences)

 Data-Driven Mindset (A/B testing, analytics, and campaign tracking)

Bonus if you have:

 Experience working with healthcare or education brands

 Background in affiliate marketing & influencer collaborations

 Knowledge of YouTube SEO & growth strategies
