Job description

Description

Shape the Future of DSPM as Our VP of People!

Sentra is the global leader in cloud-native data security for the AI era. The company’s mission is to empower organizations to confidently scale their data operations across multi-cloud and on-premises environments while leveraging the power of AI without compromising security.

Sentra enables security teams to gain full visibility and control of data, as well as protecting against sensitive data breaches across the entire public cloud stack. By discovering where all the sensitive data is, how it’s secured, who has access to it, and where it’s going, Sentra reduces the ‘data attack surface.’ (the sum of all places where sensitive or critical data is traveling to).

Sentra is a Series A powerhouse in the DSPM space, backed by $53M in funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. With dual headquarters in Tel Aviv and New York City, our rapidly growing team of 70+ employees (20 in the US) is on a mission to revolutionize cloud security for companies worldwide.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic VP of People to help shape and drive our people-first culture. This is an incredible opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth startup and make a lasting impact by building and scaling a world-class HR infrastructure across our global teams in the US and Israel. The current people team comprises of three team members in Tel Aviv and one team member in US.

In this high-energy, people-centric role, you’ll be a key executive team member, leading talent strategy, fostering an exceptional culture, and ensuring that Sentra remains a top destination for the best and brightest minds in cybersecurity. You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, working with a talented global HR team to support our mission and fuel our growth.

We’re looking for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about people and culture, and is eager to build something extraordinary. If you’re ready to take Sentra’s talent strategy to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!

Join us and be part of the journey to shape the future of cloud security!
