Job description

Welcome to Infraspeak.

Our mission is simple: to transform facilities management with a collaborative platform that unifies every part of FM operations into one cohesive system — enabling every stakeholder to Work as One.

We go beyond traditional tools, eliminating fragmented systems in complex operations. Our platform ensures end-to-end collaboration across FM teams, processes and assets — with no silos, blind spots or overload.

Born in Porto, Portugal, we’re now a global company serving customers in 30+ countries and backed by top investors. But we’re just getting started.

  • We believe in ownership, collaboration, and meritocracy.

  • We believe that only great teams build great products — and that includes our customers.

  • We believe happiness is in the journey, not just the destination.

Above all, we are guided by our purpose: to Be a Source of a Good Life — for our customers, our team, and the broader community.

What are we building?

Our platform is more than just software; it empowers customers to create tailored solutions by choosing from a wide range of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, and IoT/Hardware components. Our reach constantly expands, serving facility managers, retail operations, hotels, cleaning services, and everyone needing maintenance. And while we’ve achieved a lot, we’re only at 1% of what we aim to do.

At this new stage of our company, we aim to grow our Product team, and continue to improve how we work to increase focus and support our overall company strategy. Aligned with that, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us build impactful, innovative products while continuing to be a Source of Good Life for everyone around them. And we think you might be the one for it.

Exciting times ahead!

What will you do?

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with the entire team to help shape these areas' vision, business model, and success metrics.

You’ll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities, and driving the development of new features. Working closely with our Design, Customer Success, and Engineering teams, you will continuously iterate and improve our product.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and understanding customer feedback with empathy, being able to analyze the real impact on our clients' operations
  • Balancing long-term product vision and business and market necessities
  • Working on feature designs and specifications with the Design and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Enablement team to enable internal teams on new product features.
  • Working with the Product Marketing team on GTM strategies, feature adoption and customer engagement.
  • Supporting Engineering throughout development to anticipate challenges and needs.
  • Analyzing metrics to understand customer behavior and product performance.
  • Being creative, a problem-solver, and an advocate for the customer.
  • Continuously learning and experimenting with new approaches.
  • Speaking fluent English and being an enthusiastic team player.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking someone with previous experience as product manager, or someone in a similar role. You should be a team player with a strong willingness to be impactful on our customers daily lives. Be willing to use your awesome time management and prioritizing skills for good by pragmatically solving real customer problems. Strong communication skills, customer focus and being able to have fun while delivering awesome products are essential.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have a tech background in software development.
  • Have previous leadership experience.
  • Bring solid experience in international B2B and SaaS (but don’t worry if you don’t—we still want to meet you! 😜).

What do we offer?
  • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture.
  • Competitive salary and perks.
  • Modern office with everything you need, located in central Porto.
  • A startup environment, where you will see the company (and yourself) grow beyond a dozen people to a worldwide reference in the field (some people call it ambition, we call it focus).
  • A balanced work environment where you will have autonomy, responsibility, ownership, and freedom to make mistakes and to learn from them.
  • Regular events to promote knowledge sharing and team engagement.
