Low Code No Code Engineer (CoPilot Studio)

This is a remote position.

• Design & Development: Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to meet business requirements.
  
• Copilot Studio Expertise: Design and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents using Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents).
  
• Automation & Integration: Create automated workflows using Power Automate and integrate with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party applications.
  
• Customization & Scripting: Implement Power FX expressions, JavaScript, and custom connectors for extended functionalities.
  
• Data Management: Work with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources to ensure efficient data handling and security.
  
• Collaboration & Consulting: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, low-code/no-code solutions.
  
• Performance & Security: Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with security best practices.
  
• Documentation & Training: Provide documentation, user training, and support for deployed solutions.
  

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  
• Strong experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate Flows.
  
• Proficiency in Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents) for chatbot development.
  
• Expertise in Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and API integrations.
  
• Knowledge of Power FX, JavaScript, and JSON for custom solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder, Cognitive Services) is a plus.
  
• Experience working with Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are preferred.
