Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Junior HubSpot CMS Developer with 2–3 years of web development experience, including at least 1 year focused on HubSpot CMS. The successful candidate will work as part of a broader CRM rollout, focusing on efficiently migrating websites to HubSpot and customising pre-built templates for functionality and long-term client maintenance. The ideal candidate will enjoy simplifying the complex and have an attitude and aptitude for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customise HubSpot CMS templates to meet client requirements, utilising HubSpot’s drag-and-drop features and custom modules.
Migrate website pages from legacy CMS platforms to HubSpot, ensuring accurate content mapping, URL structure, and SEO preservation.
Apply industry standards for website optimisation, including responsive design, performance optimisation (targeting page load times under 3 seconds), and SEO.
Upload, organise, and manage content within the HubSpot CMS, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with clients, project managers, designers, and CRM specialists to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Document migration processes, customisations, and any code modifications; conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and quality.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in web development, with at least 1 year focused onHubSpot CMS
Demonstrated experience with HubSpot’s Design Manager, HubL, and drag-and-drop functionalities a plus.
HubSpot CMS Developer Certification
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices
Proven experience in website migrations, including preserving SEO value through proper content and URL mapping
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
