Overview

We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Executive for Instructor Led Training (Enterprise Accounts) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue. You will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary interface for all our products and services.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Minimum 10+ years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level. Able to understand IT Director & L&D Director challenges.
  • Fluency in Dutch essential. French is a pre.
  • Experience of working across the defined territory/region 
  • Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred. 
  • Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
  • Ability to exceed sales targets, a keen understanding of the steps involved in a sales cycle and ability to leverage each stage to advance the sale. 
  • Advanced understanding of customer’s business, curious, pushes the customer, has a broad view/perspective. 
  • Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth. 
  • Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking. 
  • Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment. 
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude. 
  • Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close. 
  • Commitment and ownership of your – and your team’s – success.   
  • Willingness to take ownership – and solve – problems. 
  • An adaptive, agile mindset.
