Job Requirements: 

  • Experience: 2.5-5 years in web development with a solid portfolio demonstrating rapid design capabilities, especially on WordPress. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. 
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with on-page SEO strategies. 
  • Multi-Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple site projects, ensuring high efficiency and quality within tight timelines. 
  • Problem Solving & Technical Support: Skilled at identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving website issues effectively. 
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support with light administrative tasks as required.

Core responsibilities:

  • Rapid Website Development: Quickly design and develop single-page, mobile-responsive demo websites on WordPress, prioritizing design speed while maintaining core quality. 
  • Website Expansion: Transition demo sites into fully operational websites upon client sign-up, building out small-scale (3-5 pages) sites with necessary customizations. 
  • SEO Implementation: Implement ongoing SEO strategies and maintain optimized content to drive organic traffic, aligning with client SEO goals. 
  • Client Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to gather client requirements, ensuring all web solutions meet business needs and branding standards.
  • Site Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Keep websites updated and secure, resolving any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. 
  • Administrative Support: Assist in basic admin tasks or projects - such as email follow-ups, scheduling, and document management to support the company workflow.
