Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, VMware, Azure/Cloud services, on-premises Active Directory, and Citrix environments. 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a Level 2 IT support role or equivalent experience. 
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. 
  • Familiarity with modern IT standards and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies. 
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for user support and documentation.

Core responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve Level 1 and 2 helpdesk tickets promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 administration, including user management, email configurations, and security. 
  • Assist with VMware support and management. Support Azure/Cloud environments, including configuration and troubleshooting. 
  • Administer and manage on-premises Active Directory, including group policies and user access controls. 
  • Provide Citrix ADC, Desktops, and Apps support, resolving issues related to access and performance. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues escalated.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and performance. 
  • Assist in implementing updates, patches, and upgrades across systems to align with modern standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement in the IT environment and recommend solutions.
