Job description

Title: Business Consultant
Location: Victoria, BC (100% Remote)
Duration: 3 Months + Possible Extension

Required Skills:
  • RN or other Clinical Qualification required.
  • Must have strong clinical practice understanding of (Delirium, Best Possible Medication History, Pressure Injuries and Wounds, Falls, Discharge) including regulatory standards and standard assessment tools
  • Must have prior Cerner Knowledge of both Discern reporting Portals use for clinical care as well as standard clinical Cerner tools including but not limited to IView, Power Forms, IPOCs, etc.
  • Preference for those who are familiar with the Canadian health care system and standards as linked to Accreditation Canada.
  • Significant prior Cerner knowledge, including working knowledge of Discern Reporting Portal and Leveraging reports to support clinical practice measurements.
  • Previous experience supporting clinical leadership (e.g. nurse managers) in using and integrated Discern Portal into their daily practice and management of their clinical units
  • Proven ability to execute against a strategic body of work
