Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor with a strong background in technology and a proven ability to work with offshore teams. Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for SNOW (ServiceNow) operations and maintenance. – Must Have
· Utilize Postman for API development and testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality. – Must Have
· Manage and manipulate databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and security. – Must Have
· Monitor application performance with App Insights and manage customer relationship management with Dynamics. – Must Have
· Oversee the Change Management process, ensuring all changes meet compliance and company standards. – Must Have
· Provide insights and improvements using Data Dog, enhancing system monitoring and alerts. – Good to Have
· Contribute to the maintenance of Azure Service Fabric applications(Troubleshooting, issues related to SF cluster, Monitoring, and maintenance). – Good to Have Qualifications:
· Must have experience with SNOW, Postman, SQL, App Insights, Dynamics, and Change Management processes.
· Good to have familiarity with Data Dog and knowledge of Azure Service Fabric.
· Ability to work independently (80%) and coordinate with offshore teams (20%).
· Willingness to undergo 6-8 weeks of training with a current team member to get up to speed with our processes and systems.
