As we continue to grow and establish our presence in the market, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking System Integration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the United States or Canada and be passionate about driving the financial success of our business.

JOB SUMMARY:

RightCrowd’s System Integration Engineer plays a key role in our project delivery team by implementing our solution and coordinating integration with other products. Collaborating with our customers, through the project from building initial technical requirements to installation and user acceptance testing, the System Integration Engineer ensures a smooth roll out for the customer. Leading the technical relationship with the customer, this role helps manage scope, direction, and technical delivery of the project.

 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

 

                 Work collaboratively with the customer’s project team to support key project outcomes, focusing on the technical delivery of our solution.

                 Derive quality requirements from the customers and ensure excellent customer communication.

                 Manage the customer expectations for timelines and requirements as the technical lead ensuring change and scope are controlled appropriately.

                 Develop, design and document project collateral including technical requirements, technical and functional specifications, and acceptance testing cases.

                 Conduct regular meetings with clients liaising with other internal resources to obtain updates and input as necessary.

                 Perform user acceptance testing using solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

                 Perform implementations and configuration of systems.

                 System Administration and Active Directory troubleshooting in Windows focusing on SQL Server and IIS.

                 Level 3 Support and mentorship for more junior members of the team.



Requirements

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

       Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems and troubleshooting techniques.

       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

       Solid experience with:

o   Microsoft Windows Server

o   MS SQL Server T-SQL and internals

o   Active Directory

o   At least two scripting languages

o   C#, JAVA, .Net

o   Networking

o   IIS

o   Public cloud

       Scripting experience with one or more scripting languages including SQL, JAVA or Powershell.

       Active Directory Administration and Integration Experience

       Web Services Administration and Experience

       Experience with upgrading, installing, and configuring applications as well as Windows environments.
