 We have an opening for a full-time Marketing Team Coordinator  

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in helping to maintain a productive and cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hiring and Team Building

  • Identify and hire skilled freelancers, marketing agencies, and independent contractors to build a high-performing marketing team, which includes:

  1. Content Writers.

  2. Graphic Designers

  3. Google Lead Genertion experts.

  4. Facebook lead generation experts.

  5. LinkedIn lead generation experts.

  6. SEO Specialists

  7. Market Research Analysts

  8. Website Developers.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet project objectives and deadlines.

  • Supervise, give feedback, and guide the team daily. 

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, production, etc.

2. KPI Development and Management

  • Develop clear and achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor, manage, and report on the progress of KPIs.

  • Implement strategies to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.


3. Lead Generation for Accounting Firms

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns specifically tailored for accounting firms.

  • Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to generate qualified leads.

  • Analyze and optimize lead generation activities for maximum ROI.

4. Web Page Development and SEO

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s web pages. Keep it up today with the latest online trends and capabilities.

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.

  • Collaborate with web developers and content creators to enhance website performance and user experience.

5. Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and achieve marketing objectives.

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to ensure the company’s presence is current and effective.

6. Communication and People Skills

  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their marketing needs and objectives.

  • Provide clear and concise reports and presentations to senior management.

7. Other Duties:

  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.


Requirements

Qualification Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or HR

  • Minimum two years Experience with a Marketing Agency as a Team Coordinator  

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Applications (Docs, Sheet, Drive, Slides, Meet, etc) and working experience in project and task management tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

b. 9 Mbps Upload speed. 

2. Backup internet service to avoid any internet connection problems. 

3. Proper power backup to work without any distractions.
