The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a(n) Client Solutions Engineer for GAMN, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Work directly with clients in supporting their implementation of Solventum Grouper Applications software which includes assisting the client with establishing a web services and troubleshooting issues encountered. Including knowledge of interfaces (HL7, XML, etc.), Windows operating systems, network, Citrix and SQL.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and vendors by effectively communicating technical details and demonstrating the value of our solutions.  Provide advice on the recommended and best practice use of product functionality to meet client workflow requirements.
  • Participate in pre-sales, support, and implementation calls with clients, acting as the technical and product subject matter expert for the Grouper Applications product portfolio.
  • Provide input to technical hardware configuration needs.  Assist with response to technical portions of tenders, RFPs and customer information requests.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, Development, Marketing and Sales teams to address technical concerns identified by Solventum HIS clients
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve communications and efficiency of operation to improve customer satisfaction
  • Support team processes and participate on cross-functional teams

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 9 years of experience in Health Information or Information Technology in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Seven (7) years of healthcare technical software customer service experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in a software development environment working with object-oriented web services and/or web application programming
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of healthcare software solutions and client facing implementation processes.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud service providers, including familiarity with RESTful services and API design.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Attention to detail, proven analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding follow through
  • Experience using collaboration tools to manage and communicate with remote teams and the ability to work both independently and in partnership with team members in various parts of the organization.
  • Solventum HIS product knowledge, especially Grouper Plus Content Services (GPCS) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with health care claims processing software and/or clinical classification methodologies is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
