About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service (CS) Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with team members to learn and develop customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting a positive company image.

What you’ll do

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

  • Provide product or service information to customers and assist with addressing common issues.

  • Engage with marketplace negotiations and address customer inquiries to drive sales conversions.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism while dealing with customer concerns and complaints.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to CS Supervisor.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of interactions with customers.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer service quality.
