Job Title: Healthcare Appointment Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The Healthcare Appointment Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping patients navigate their journey to diagnosis and treatment. This position requires a strong phone presence, empathy, and persistence to educate and assist potential patients in scheduling appointments. Ideal candidates will have a background in healthcare, customer service, or patient coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage inbound leads via phone, text, and email to educate, qualify, and book appointments
  • Follow up persistently but consultatively, ensuring patients make informed decisions without pressure
  • Maintain a clean pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
  • Track performance metrics and provide daily/weekly reports
  • Support partner clinics with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, ideally indistinguishable from a North American healthcare admin
  • Experience in healthcare (call center, nursing, or patient coordination preferred)
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and multiple follow-ups
  • Empathy-first mindset, with a results-oriented approach to appointment setting
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a mission-driven team


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, AirCall, AirTable, G Suite, and CRMs
  • Previous experience in a front-office support role or as a healthcare provider looking to transition into an administrative role
  • French is a plus
