We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Manager in the Asia Pacific region to drive our strategic efforts in accelerating the adoption of Starknet. In this pivotal role, you will identify and nurture key partnerships across various sectors, with a focus on building lasting, collaborative relationships with Founders, VCs and other web3 projects. This role is ideal for a tenacious, resourceful individual who is deeply integrated in the blockchain industry and can leverage their knowledge and relationships to manage an end-to-end partnerships pipeline.
**The ideal candidate is Asia-based (Singapore/other), with deep local experience & relationships in order to drive regional growth efforts.**
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an end-to-end partnerships pipeline, overseeing all processes from lead gen, to deal negotiation, to integrations and relationship management.
• Perform competitive analysis and market mapping to uncover emerging trends, generate leads, and develop a systematic approach to outreach.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that will shape the Foundation’s partnership and growth strategies.
• Provide thought leadership and representation for the Foundation at industry conferences, panels, webinars, and partner events to build brand presence and foster relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Growth, Ecosystem, Marketing) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and integration.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record leading impactful partnership negotiations and integrations.
• Well-networked and versed in the web3 space and ready to generate and pursue leads with various stakeholders.
• A hands-on hustler who can establish, nurture, and manage a high volume of relationships with a diverse range of organizations and Founders.
• Crypto-native with strong conviction, deep passion, and substantial understanding of blockchain technology (L2 landscape, DeFi, infra, etc).
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and rapport-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Experience prioritizing across a multitude of deals and tasks, with excellent cross-department coordination skills.
