👀About the role
We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Specialist with 6+ years of experience who understands the technical side of SEO, not just marketing. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients’ websites are optimized from a technology perspective, including site structure, speed, indexing, and overall performance.
You will be working with a team of writers, SEO specialists, and developers and should be able to proactively identify SEO opportunities and drive implementation to deliver not good but amazing results. The ideal candidate is autonomous, a strong communicator, and a hard-working professional who can serve as the CEO’s right hand in technical SEO.
💜 Responsibilities
- Conduct SEO audits, optimize site architecture, and improve crawlability, indexability, and ranking performance.
- Implement structured data, schema markup, metadata, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Work with custom WordPress sites, RankMath, and Google Search Console.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues, including canonicalization, hreflang, and rendering challenges.
- Monitor and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
- Stay updated on AI-driven search changes and Google algorithm updates.
👉 Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in technical SEO, site speed optimization, and search visibility improvements.
- Near Native English Level and experience working with the United States market are a must!🔺
- Expertise in custom WordPress SEO, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO-friendly architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Search Console, and other SEO reporting tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot indexing issues, redirects, and canonicalization.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to work autonomously and drive results.

Our partner offers a direct contract as an independent contractor, with payment in USD, development and training, remote work flexibility 🏡. US public holidays + PTO. The team operates in the EST time zone, and this is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
