Senior ServiceNow Functional Analyst

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Now Assist for ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Service Reliability Management.
• Ability to conduct system analysis and design ITOM solutions tailored to meet business needs.
• Experience in developing and implementing ITOM solutions, including configuration and customization of ServiceNow platforms.
• Skills in identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and implementing best practices to improve IT operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Able to handle Change Control process, SECOPS module, Project Portfolio Management, Financial Management and Additional OIT requests.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption of ITOM solutions.
• Experience with Service Now to manage and support Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, SSL Certificates, Performance Analytics.

• Experience within VA is preferred.
• Experience with Service Now, ITOM, SecOps.
• Strong comprehension of Developers' and Testers' requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Detail oriented, self-starter.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations research, mathematics, computer science, cost accounting or related scientific or technical discipline and 5+ years’ work experience
• Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 years total)

Clearance: 

• The ability to pass a Tier 4 Background Investigation

Pay Range:

• This position ranges from $75,145 to $104,625.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
