The Opportunity

We are  seeking a detail-oriented individual with expertise in ABA services for young autistic children  to join our team as a full-time Annotator Contractor. In this role, you will play a crucial role in building cutting-edge technology designed to improve and scale autism care delivery.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Therapist to join our remote team in developing an innovative AI healthcare tool. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy and will be responsible for annotating data from videos, audios, and texts. This role involves working under the guidance of our project managers and contributing to the development of assessments for hypothetical cases of neurodivergent children.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Data Annotation

   - Annotate videos, audios, and texts to identify and categorize behaviors, communication patterns, and social cues.

   - Access and review assigned video recordings of ABA therapy sessions

   - Ensure accuracy and consistency in data annotation to support the development of our AI healthcare tool.

   - Maintaining highest confidentiality

  

  1. Assessment and Evaluation

   - Study various tests and assessments used in ABA therapy.

   - Develop and conduct assessments on hypothetical cases of neurodivergent children to evaluate their needs and inform the AI tool's algorithms.

   - Prompt engineering

 

  1. Team Collaboration

   - Work closely with a cross-functional team, including therapists, data scientists, and software developers, to ensure the AI tool meets therapeutic standards and goals.

   - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development and refinement of the AI tool's features and functionalities.

 

  1. Administrative Tasks

   - Assist with administrative tasks as requested, including documentation and reporting.

   - Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of annotation and assessment tasks.

 

Qualifications

  1. Education

   - Master's degree in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, A is required.

   - Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.

 

  1. Experience

   - 6 months to 2 years of field experience in ABA therapy.

   - Certification as an ABAT is a plus but not required.

   - Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

 

  1. Skills

   - Fluent written and verbal english skills

   - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

   - Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

   - Proficiency in using MS suite

   - Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes for children with special needs.
