About the Role

You will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals, oversee security operations, and ensure compliance within a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in implementing and maintaining security measures
Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities
Implement security solutions to address identified threats
Coordinate incident response and manage data breach situations
Stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence and industry trends in cybersecurity
Conduct regular security awareness training for employees
Report regularly to senior management on security measures and any breaches
Ensure compliance with all regulatory cybersecurity requirements

What You’ll Need

Experience building security teams
Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Manager or similar role within the software/finance industry
Strong knowledge of various cybersecurity frameworks and standards
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and data encryption
Strong understanding of risk management and incident response procedures
Experience managing and leading a team
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
