Experience: Experience cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience in the real estate industry. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate terminology, sales cycles, and lead generation strategies is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and keep conversations engaging. Resilience & Enthusiasm: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, dialers, and other lead management tools to track calls and follow-ups. Availability & Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to making consistent daily call volumes to meet lead generation targets.

Core responsibilities:

Outbound Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients, property owners, and leads using provided call scripts to generate interest in real estate services. Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversation to assess their interest, gather key details, and determine potential opportunities for the brokerage. Follow-Up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads, keeping track of their interest levels and timing for potential transactions. CRM Management: Accurately log call notes, update lead statuses, and manage prospect data in the brokerage’s CRM system. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and real estate agents, ensuring a smooth handoff. Market Awareness: Stay informed on local real estate trends, property values, and competitor activity to engage prospects with relevant insights.
