Job Responsibilities Include:
Manage one or more projects while also serving as backup project manager to one or more projects
Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
Formulate and document objectives and outcomes based on client needs and industry requirements
Ensure stakeholder understanding of business requirements and desired outcomes
Interface with stakeholders
Communicate business rules and technical changes to stakeholders
Develop and present formal papers and presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members
Identify and report project issues and risks
Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise, assistance, and to develop and execute test plans and test cases
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Medicaid system and/or Medicaid business operations
Minimum 3 years of experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation, project and technical architecture and design deliverables/artifact
Undergraduate degree or 6 years equivalent combination of education and work experience
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing more than one small-medium projects at a time
