Job Title: - HealthCare Project Manager - Data & Analytics
Location: Plano, TX, United States - 100% Remote
Duration: - 6+Months
Experience: - 10+ years

MUST HAVE: 10 yrs of Project Manager – 5 years + Healthcare domain exp - 3 yrs of Data & Analytic experience:
DEAL BREAKER: Must Have Healthcare Data and Analytics project management experience. Project Management / Program Management Schedule development Risk and Issue management Stakeholder Management including ETC Cost Tracking including EVA Status Reporting Facilitation and Meeting Management

Job Responsibilities Include:

Manage one or more projects while also serving as backup project manager to one or more projects
Ensure project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
Formulate and document objectives and outcomes based on client needs and industry requirements
Ensure stakeholder understanding of business requirements and desired outcomes
Interface with stakeholders
Communicate business rules and technical changes to stakeholders
Develop and present formal papers and presentations to business leaders, vendors, and team members
Identify and report project issues and risks
Collaborate with team members to provide subject matter expertise, assistance, and to develop and execute test plans and test cases

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Medicaid system and/or Medicaid business operations
Minimum 3 years of experience conducting reviews of system development life cycle documentation, project and technical architecture and design deliverables/artifact
Undergraduate degree or 6 years equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing more than one small-medium projects at a time
Demonstrate Schedule, RAID, Cost Tracking, Resource Acquisition
Proven ability to produce quality status reports
Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources
Project Management education, certificate, or certification (PMP, Prince3, etc.)
Experience and skill in Schedule Management best practices, industry standards, and competency using Microsoft Project software
Experience with Planview or other PPM
