Job description

Role: Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Location: Remote
Experience: 13+ years.



Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or the minimum certification requirements to qualify for CTA Program which include:
Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Two (2) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (One (1) CIS being in SPM)
Work with client across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, product and development teams during the design and implementation of solutions.
Be a technical expert across multiple engagements to guide team members towards successful outcomes.
Provide a variety of knowledge across multiple ServiceNow products and workflows.
Develop relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site to understand the role of ServiceNow in their digital transformation vision.
Translate goals and outcomes into customer product adoption roadmaps.
Translate business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and solution designs.
Manage technical governance and provide leading practice guidance towards maturation of operating models and governance.
Conduct ongoing health assessments and ensure instance health and scalability by working with the stakeholders to prioritize and reduce technical debt and align to ServiceNow leading practices.
Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform; including leading technical design and peer reviews throughout implementation projects and programs.
