Description
Operating in a BMC Remedy AR System custom environment, the candidate must have good knowledge of the user and customer experiences as well as a solid understanding of business rules and processes that drive customer value. The candidate will act effectively as the technical speaker to business project teams and be able to represent the Remedy team at all levels within the business stakeholder community.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in similar roles that demonstrate competency and skills in
  • Organizational Analysis: to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitation: for meeting management and requirements workshop planning
  • Elicitation: questioning techniques to gather information at the right level of detail that leads to an understanding of the business
  • Writing requirements: using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams
  • Translating business requirements to functional design using multiple modeling techniques: such as process, data and system modeling
  • Providing inputs to test planning and execution
  • Using multiple software development lifecycles - waterfall, iterative, Agile
  • Communicating Requirements: effectively with the use of appropriate tools
