Internet2 seeks a data-driven Digital Marketing Analytics Coordinator to bridge our marketing technology systems and derive actionable insights from our digital initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with marketing acumen to enhance our data infrastructure and support strategic decision-making.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Analytics Coordinator will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, implementing data integrations, and providing analytics support to drive marketing effectiveness. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills and marketing knowledge, with a focus on delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce systems to ensure effective marketing automation and CRM operations.
  • Work with dashboards to visualize marketing performance and provide stakeholder insights. 
  • Develop and implement integrations between registration, marketing, and CRM systems using SQL and low-code tools.
  • Partner with content creators to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and create regular reports to track campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across marketing operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, marketing analytics, or equivalent related experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Pardot and Salesforce administration, or similar marketing automation system/CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience with SQL and database management.
  • Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier), or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in dashboards or similar technology with a willingness to learn AWS QuickSight and other tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Supporting content creators with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Salary Range / Pay Grade:

$69,600 - $104,400 / IT-2

Starting pay is typically from the minimum up to the midpoint of the grade range and varies based on experience.
