Responsibilities:


The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage user identity lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications.
  • Work closely with IT, HR, operations, clients, and application teams to understand access requirements and ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Administer and monitor IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege principles.
  • Perform periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze access logs to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  • Investigate and resolve access-related issues, security incidents, and IAM system failures.
  • Update and maintain the IAM system based on changes in the organization’s business needs.
  • Assist in IAM-related project implementations, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
  • Maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on emerging IAM trends, security threats, and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.
Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM, IT security, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and OneIdentity.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP).
  • Experience with identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing needs.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):

  • Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS)
