Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/ReactJS)

We are seeking a talented and energetic Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/ReactJS) with a strong work ethic, a natural problem-solver with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, and a passion for software development. Strong full-stack development experience and good communication skills are required. 

In this role, you will primarily be working as an onshore lead for the team with the roles and responsibility of managing the team, gathering, and delegating the requirements, contributing to the actual development process as an individual contributor, and managing the end-to-end deliveries. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join an established or new team with a fun culture, where there is opportunity for growth and mentorship. You will also be managing the deployments and releases with the closure exposure to Azure Cloud environment and various services. Candidates will be doing hands-on coding with .NET and React stack to build backend services, as well as React framework to do front end development. 

Core technology Stack: C#.NET, Microservices, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, SQL Server.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Designing and building backend services with .NET, Microservices
• Front End Design and Development using ReactJS framework
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• High participation in code reviews for work developed by your team
• Interacting with the product team/stakeholders, gathering the requirements, clarifying any open issues with business, delegating work to team, managing the releases/deliveries
• Engaging in the full development life cycle including architectural design and testing
• Staying current on software engineering trends & tools, and be practical but open-minded in applying them
• Maintaining a high bar for quality and performance of your product with vigorous attention to detail and unit testing
• Continuously improving how we design, build, and ship software as a highly functional team 

Must Have Skills: 

• 8-10 years of total work experience
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in developing applications in C# .Net, ASP.Net MVC
• Must have experience in developing applications in ReactJS, Redux/Flux, Context, Hooks etc.
• At least 6 years of experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle - application, structure, debugging, performance, security, and deployment
• 6 years of experience in Web Development and Web Design
• 6 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, Web Services
• At least 6 years of experience in developing with Microsoft SQL server or equivalent database backend
• Good knowledge of Single Page Application Server, ReactJS, or any modern MV* JavaScripts frameworks
• Should be able to manage a small offshore team and provide technical guidance when necessary
• Should be able to interact with the client to understand requirements, and discuss issues or concerns
• Should be familiar with Agile and Scrum 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Azure Cloud services like Azure functions, App services, Key-vaults, Storages, etc.
• Relevant experience in building the front-end custom in-house libraries for better reusability and defining the UX consistency and standard within the Organization
• Real time experience of UX designing tools, developing basic wireframes for presenting innovative user-friendly ideas to stakeholders
• Experience in advanced CSS libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, Semantic UI, Material Design, SAAS etc.
• Experience with SonarQube or similar code quality analysis tools
• Experience on containerizing the Front-end applications with tools like Docker containers
