We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead Paid, SEO, and experimental channels—driving a data-driven, AI-enhanced, and high-velocity growth strategy.

This is a dream role for a demand gen leader—you’ll scale a high-performing growth engine (Paid + SEO) while having the resources, budget, and autonomy to explore and scale new growth channels. You won’t just optimize; you’ll have room to build, test, and expand demand generation at scale.

So, what will your new role look like?

  • Scale & Optimize Paid + SEO → Strengthen our core acquisition channels while integrating AI and automation to accelerate output with support from our GTM Engineering team.
  • Identify & Scale New Growth Channels → With a dedicated budget and resources, test niche paid media (podcasts, newsletters, Reddit, communities), micro-influencer partnerships, and emerging platforms.
  • Run High-Velocity Growth Experiments → Apply a structured experimentation framework to rapidly test and scale new channels, creative, and messaging strategies.
  • Work Closely with GTM Engineering → Leverage AI-driven workflows and automation to improve targeting, personalization, and efficiency across demand gen campaigns.
  • Lead & Manage the Team → Oversee Paid and SEO teams, agencies, and experimental growth initiatives.
  • Drive Conversion Optimization (CRO) → Test and refine landing pages, ad creative, and audience targeting to improve efficiency and scale growth.

A typical week?   

  • Set the strategy for the week, analyze last week’s campaign performance, and align with GTM Engineering on AI automation priorities.
  • Deep dive into SEO & Paid media results, reviewing tests, audience segmentation, and optimizing ads for efficiency.
  • Brainstorm & launch new growth experiments—testing Reddit, paid podcasts, or newsletter sponsorships.
  • Work with Content, Design, and Video teams to develop high-converting ad creative and landing pages.
  • Sync with leadership, track pipeline impact, and prepare new test ideas for the following week.

  • Integrating AI & Automation for Demand Gen → Working with GTM Engineering to build AI-powered targeting, messaging, and personalization strategies.
  • Optimizing the Full-Funnel Experience → Running CRO experiments to increase conversion rates on landing pages, ads, and sales funnels.

Qualifications

  • SEO & SEM Mastery → Strong track record of scaling paid and organic growth in B2B SaaS;
  • Paid Media & Multi-Channel Growth → Deep experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing, Reddit, and emerging platforms;
  • AI & Data-Driven Marketing → Ability to collaborate with GTM Engineering to integrate AI for audience targeting, creative automation, and predictive demand gen;
  • High-Velocity Experimentation → Skilled in testing new channels, launching structured sprints, and optimizing campaigns at scale.
  • Leadership & Team Management → Experience leading demand gen teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in niche advertising (paid podcasts, newsletters, influencer marketing, Reddit organic growth);
  • Familiarity with CRO and landing page optimization best practices.
