Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Legal Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top legal talent for various positions, including attorneys, legal assistants, and paralegals. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process while identifying the best candidates to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for legal positions from posting job advertisements to placing candidates. This includes job posting, headhunting, cold calling, and managing candidate profiles.
  • Headhunting & Networking: Utilize LinkedIn, industry-specific networking, and cold calling to proactively source and attract qualified legal professionals.
  • Pre-Screening & Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial pre-screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and enthusiasm for the positions. Create excitement and generate interest in the roles you are recruiting for.
  • Collaboration with CEO: Work hand in hand with the CEO to ensure alignment on recruitment needs, candidate profiles, and the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Profile Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and profiles. Send qualified candidate profiles to the CEO and facilitate feedback loops.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Use your sales mindset to engage candidates, present opportunities, and negotiate terms to secure top talent for various legal roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and legal hiring.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 6 months specifically recruiting for legal roles (attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals).
  • Legal Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of legal recruiting and a demonstrated ability to headhunt and fill legal positions with top candidates.
  • Sales Attitude: Proven ability to engage and influence candidates through a consultative and sales-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level proficiency). Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles, assess qualifications, and match candidates to the right roles.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
