Currently, we are seeking a EPM - OneStream Development & Configuration to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: 
 
Position Title: EPM / OneStream Development & Configuration
 
Location: Remote - LATAM
 
What you will be doing:
 
An experienced EPM consultant will join our global team and focus on OneStream implementation, configuration, and development. While direct OneStream experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with expertise in other EPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, etc.). You will collaborate with onshore teams and clients to design financial consolidation, planning, and reporting solutions. Training on OneStream will be provided for candidates with foundational EPM skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement OneStream solutions for consolidation, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Lead or participate in design workshops to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Configure and build OneStream applications (dimensions, forms, business rules, security, workflows).
  • Develop data mappings, validation rules, and ETL processes to support close/consolidation activities and financial reporting.
  • Design audited financial statements (external) and management reports (internal).
  • Train team members on OneStream platform administration and usage.
  • Prepare system documentation and ensure compliance with client processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for future enhancements (e.g., planning modules, account reconciliations).
Required Skills & Experience:
 
  • EPM Tools: 4 years with at least one EPM platform, preferably OneStream (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan also valid).
  • EPM development/configuration, with full lifecycle implementation (consolidation, planning, or reporting).
  • Financial Acumen: 1+ years in Accounting, Finance, or related field; familiarity with GAAP/IFRS.
  • Technical Skills: Python, SQL, .NET/C#/VB.NET, relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Data Integration: ETL tools or experience with data migrations.
Good to Haves:
  • OneStream certification or hands-on experience.
  • Experience with financial statement design or regulatory reporting.
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • R, or advanced analytics tools.
  • Experience in offshore/onshore delivery models is a plus.
Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across different time zones.
